[Resolved]  Ixigo — my train ticket cancelled but my money is not refunded yet

My transaction failed during booking my railway ticket on 27 june 2019 and refund is still not intimated... I have already dropped a mail there on 19 july but my problem is not resolved yet. For more information i have attached a screenshot of mail received from the ixigo team. I need my problem to be fixed soon. The ixigo trip id is ixitr[protected] and the payment id is 31j05j1654spydfdcb.
Amount is 402.95 rupees

I booked 3A train ticket from kannur to chennai central train no-12686.Rs.4, 176.47 deducted from my account.I not recive ticket coformation mail also PNR number.Please do further
