I booked 1 ticket from ujjen to bhilwara for 8 april2019 in 19712 bhopal jaipur express, order id (Ixitr[protected]). I booked on 7th april at about1:29 pm, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.
