[Resolved]  Ixigo — no refund or credit shell option given neither by ixigo nor by airasia

I have a booking with airasia on 6th april 2020 via ixigo.com which got cancelled due to covid19. Airasia.com says to contact ixigo for travel refund. But when i contacted ixigo customer care they said that airline will do it directly. Currently as a customer i haven't received anything... No confirmation on cancellation or refund. Please provide clarity. Airasia is not giving even credit shell option to those who booked via travel agents like you. Please provide clarity as soon as possible. Attaching a screenshot of the airasia policy.
