There are two attachement bellow. I have mailed you before also but haven't received any positive reply from your side. Please check the attachment bellow. The first ticket process was not completed an money was deducted from my account and i received a message from your side that it will be credited to my account within 5 to 6 working days. Verified Support Apr 17, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Ayan, Greetings from ixigo! Please be informed we have already refunded the said amount against both the trip ids to your source account from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement. We request you to check the refund details with your bank by calling their customer care department and giving them the shared RRN/ARN to trace the same. I book my ticket on 09/04/19 . But some internet issues ticket was not booked. But money is debit from my account. I want my money refund as soon as fast . 5 days are complete now but money was not refunded
