[Resolved] Ixigo — Not refunding amount.

Ixigo is not interested in refunding my travel amount. They are not following up with airline (Vistara) for the same and giving me false updates. Now they want me to get data from vistara airlines for the same. They just keep dragging the matter. Aug 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 10, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey, Greetings from ixigo! As advised already the PNR is cancelled with applicable penalties and refund after the deduction of the cancellation charges is not applicable. We do not see any full refund remarks in the PNR. The email confirmation from the airline only mentioned to assist with the refund and it also does not mention full refund. We regret but since airline has charged the penalties full refund is not applicable. Thanks Team ixigo
