[Resolved]  Ixigo — Not refunding amount.

Ixigo is not interested in refunding my travel amount. They are not following up with airline (Vistara) for the same and giving me false updates.
Now they want me to get data from vistara airlines for the same.
They just keep dragging the matter.
Seriously this is shame for india that such organization are operating and they are receiving support from government.

Greetings from ixigo!

As advised already the PNR is cancelled with applicable penalties and refund after the deduction of the cancellation charges is not applicable. We do not see any full refund remarks in the PNR.

The email confirmation from the airline only mentioned to assist with the refund and it also does not mention full refund.

We regret but since airline has charged the penalties full refund is not applicable.
