[Resolved]  Ixigo — not refunding flight booking amount

Team ixigo is not transparent in its approach.
I have been following with them for a refund on my booking for the last 45 days and they are just giving the reason like :
1. The airline has rejected it.
2. We will get back to you.

When asked to copy me in the communication or provide any tracking number for escalation number they straight away said no.

Let me know if ixigo is there to help a common man or harass them.

As confirmed over twitter direct message and via email your booking is eligible for a refund to your source account and it will be refunded within 30 days once the airline resumes it's operations.
