[Resolved] Ixigo — offers not valid

I have booked a flight o ixigo from mumbai to belgaum with booking id if[protected]. The coupon code "growfitter" entitled me to a 1-month free membership of fit kit by growfitter. The coupon code given by ixigo is not working on the vendor's website and i have been following up with ixigo from the past 6 days, but no resolution has been provided. Was this information helpful? I tried to book flight from lko to mumbai from ixigo amt 6667 debited but ticket not booked..It was unfornute I was in urgency and not had enough balance to book other flight..

I request Ixigo to refund the amount and also to solve there often error of payment deduction..

The coupon code given by ixigo is not working on the vendor's website.It is replying it as an invalid promocode.kindly resolve the issue at the earliest
