[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment done for train ticket but didn't get ticket

I was booking a train ticket from ixigo in saraighat exp(12345) payment done through phone pay. Money got deducted from my bank (Rs 588.19) but i didn't received the ticket nor i got the refund for not giving me the ticket!
I kindly request you to check on the issue.
