[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment gateway issue

I have booked a ticket from ksr bengaluru to kottayam for the 17th of march. I made the payment via phonepe and money got deducted from my account but the ticket is not booked. I want a refund. The booking was made on march 9th.

Sir I have book a ticket from ixigo aap from jhansi to unnao but I can not get my ticket and my money will be deducted from my account. Please help me for returning my money.

And I have not get any kind of pnr number
From my id : [protected]@gmail.com via ixigo i booked Bangalore to Dehradun and return tickets for which i paid 9955 which got deducted from my bank but ixigo did not show any tickets booked.
