Hi,

I have tried train ticket booking through ixigo app, where i got the payment and transaction are all done. But post the authentication by irctc due to some internet issue i unable to complete that authenticate process. Hence still it is booking has not been confirmed. The booking is pending: sbc - tpj train number: 16232 - mailaduturai exp,. Trip id: ixitr[protected]. Payment id: 3oa7wy83xeg0vbbnsh. Help me to get the booking confirmation.

I am trying to book my ticket from ranchi yo anand vihar all the process is received by ixigo my money deducted during transaction but I have not get any massage or further information related to my booking 2309 rupees amount is deducted and not ur server is slow but u have not provided any information regarding my booking
