[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment is deducted from my account but ticket booking is pending

Sir I have booked 5 person ticket name Mr Joinder, meena, anjali, Shivam and aman train no 12311 from panipat to kalka on dated 25/5/2018 order no 1X1TR[protected] by your ixigo app and after that ₹ 800/- payment is deducted from my account and booking is pending show. Take some nessercery action. Please confirm my ticket or return my amount
