Hi, I booked train ticket from Trishur to Chennai central railway station to travel on 9-July-2019. But after payment, money debited from my bank account but booking is shown as pending for few hours now. Please either confirm and send me my ticket or refund the amount.

On 1 july i book a train ticket. The train ticket is not book but the amount is debited. I pay from paytm upi. The upi refer no is[protected]. Paytm say the amount is credited to axis bank ltd. I want my amount back because the train ticket is not booked.
Please solve my problem. ASAP
