I made a payment in ixigo for a train ticket through googlepay... Payment is successful but in ixigo app it shows nothing it doesn't provide trip id or anything about my payment & ticket Plz provide me any information about this I need a quick response from you because i need to book a ticket and the waiting list is increasing now... On 1 july i book a train ticket. The train ticket is not book but the amount is debited. I pay from paytm upi. The upi refer no is[protected]. Paytm say the amount is credited to axis bank ltd. I want my amount back because the train ticket is not booked.
Please solve my problem. ASAP

Hi, I booked train ticket from Trishur to Chennai central railway station to travel on 9-July-2019. But after payment, money debited from my bank account but booking is shown as pending for few hours now. Please either confirm and send me my ticket or refund the amount.

I paid Rs 3610 by UPI towards train ticket booking on 4th July at around 9:53 AM. Money has been debited but the ticket has not been booked. Could you please process refund ASAP.
