Please help me to my money refunded my money deducted but ticket not booked so money refunded please help me i would like please return my money quickly please help me with my query and reply this my question and satisfied your service i am happy your service but sometimes your service is very slowly so that i am happy but my money is quickly send my account good by and happy

Thanks for writing in. We couldn't find your details. Could you please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip ID starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better.
You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.

I received a sms on my registered mobile no You've spent Rs.204.24 at IXIGO2994717 on[protected]:21:34:17.and on ixigo app booking pending. order id is IXITR[protected]
