[Resolved] Ixigo — payment successful, didn't receive e-ticket

I tried to book a ticket in ixigo for a flight from hyderabad to kannur (11/02/2020). I made the payment in googlepay and it is successful. When i called the customer service, they told me to make a new booking and is not concerned about my money loss. I still didn't get my e-ticket and the flight is tomorrow morning. Maine train ki ticket book Kiya tha 29 Jan ko money deduct ho Gaya ...but ticket pending dikha diya...baad main cancel ho gaya...but ab tak mere account main ruppes Nahi aaya... .. ..., , ... ... ... ...

I tried to book my ticket from ixigo app but my amount was deducted and the ticket was not booked. I want my amount to be refunded ASAP.
