[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment successful in phonepe but ticket not booked need refund

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it was not reflected or shown any details but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with le travenues technology was successful". Debited amount - 237.32, date and time :1 March 2020, 07:56 pm and transaction ref no:[protected], but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 237.32 asap.

I book a flight on dated 20th of January but some reason my payment will be pending and till date i cannot get my amount refunded. My booking id is IF[protected] so check this please refund it my account. My register mobile is [protected].
