[Resolved] Ixigo — payment successfully but train booking failed

I have booked reservation from madurai express that is chandigarh to warangal on 2 march 2019 but payment is successfully cut from my sbi account and trains reservation failed, pls refunds my money as soon as possible and contact me, 6 to 7 working days also end, pls contact me and refunds my amount in my sbi account
