[Resolved] Ixigo — please refund amount

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi linked (Sbi) for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction successful" into [protected]@axisbank. Debited amount - 1, 513, date and time :12 april 2019, 06:13 pm and transaction id p1904121813164480838864. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 15, 13 asap. Could you please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip ID starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better. You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Again the same problem. I tried twice but ticket was booked but payment debited from my account . Please refund my amount.
