I here to inform you that i tried to book flight ticket of rs.3291/- on 20.09.2019 from mumbai to tirupati journey dated 26.09.2019 from my registered mobile number [protected] on ixigo app but the transaction has successful and ticket was not generated. When i tried to call support team, the response was not appreciable. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

Please note that the full refund has been initiated and it should reflect in your account within 7 working days.
