[Resolved]  Ixigo — read refund

Dear ixigo

I here to inform you that i tried to book flight ticket of rs.3291/- on 20.09.2019 from mumbai to tirupati journey dated 26.09.2019 from my registered mobile number [protected] on ixigo app but the transaction has successful and ticket was not generated. When i tried to call support team, the response was not appreciable. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

We regret to inform you that the booking was not confirmed due to some technical issues from the airline.

Please note that the full refund has been initiated and it should reflect in your account within 7 working days.

Moreover, we would also like you to know that the time taken for the refund is the time your bank takes to process the amount. The refund is released immediately from our side.
