Respected sir.

Kindly go through the contents and refund my money in my a/C in i
i bank sb a/C no.[protected].I cici bank .I have tried on 03 March 2020 on about 8:am in .morning two times to reserve my seat in gangadamodar train from Dhanbad to patna.Both times my money is deducted from my a/C.Still I didn't get my refund.And transaction is failed dueto some reason.plz.do needful
