I have booked train tickets on 18 sept. 2018 but my booking was failed some how and the refund amount is not been received into my bank account till now.

I have booked a train ticket through ixigo app initially they said no service charge for booking tickets so i booked the tickets from salem to chennai and back later a month they have debited 11 rs for each transaction totally 22 rs from my account this is cheating
