I booked a train ticket on dec 12th 2018. The refund was supposed to be initiated within 7 days. After 7 days i got a new message saying to be initiated within 72hrs. Today it is 7th of jan. Still there is no progress seen. I contacted the bank for the same. They said its totally an automated process. They dont have any part in this. Once the refund is initiated from ixigo side, it will be credited automatically.
