Sir i book my ticket book in 11 january from jaipur to bilaspur chhattisgarh but ticket not booked now i not found refund till now so please take action. My train ticket cancel already but refund not found

Ixigo train said you are found you amount with in 5 day but till now i not found my money

But help counter said i have give give hamare taraf se aap ke account me bej diya
