[Resolved] Ixigo — refund not received yet

When i tried to book a ticket from guwahati to madras in flight with booking id[protected] on 13 march 2019 using my debit card from the bank assam cooperative apex bank limited nahar autiya branch with reference id[protected] the amount of rupees 10578 is deducted from my account but there is no confirmation of the tickets. When i contact customer care service the said the money will be refunded within 3-4 days but till date they have not made my refund. Please refund my money back as soon as possible. The 5 days is already over .. and it is going to be almost 9days yet didn't get back the money. Please do the needful and give my money back . Rs 730.66/- is to be refunded back.
