[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund not received yet from 16 june

I booked my flight on 16 June but then I cancelled it I have also taken the liberty general insurance but now they are not picking up my phone I tried to call them alot but they are not picking up my phone since 2 month is passed but they are not giving me the refund money yet and now they are sending me that my problem is resolved I am bit frustrated not but they are not picking up my phone please help

I booked a ticket on 26 june but it was not booked and the refund is not generated yet

Today I was booking a ticket and worngly the app deducted the money 2 thimes. Kindly refund the access money you have. The Amount is Rs 1030.98. I was booking ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad. Transaction no upi/[protected]@axisb/[protected]/Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd. Dated 01/08/2019.

Pls refund my payment
When IAM booking train my payment got failed but money is debited from my bank account to ixigo

And total amount is debited from my account is 1010
