31 mar, i tried using first time ixigo & 2 times but it failed. Cleartrip said will return money & they returned on 20th Apr 2018. But AED 65.07 per ticket is deducted...Why it is so...Give my money back

Booking of both these trains had failed but money was deducted
So please refund the money as soon as possible
