[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund of train cancelled ticket

Dear sir,

I had booked a train ticket for journey from jammu to lucknow on 6th october 2019 by train no 12238 with pnr no. [protected].

The same was cancelled and refund was initiated on 25.07.2019. I have received the following detail of the refund made. But the same has not been credited to my account linked with the debit card used.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for the refund.
