On 17/12/18 i had booked train ticket but i got cancelled. Again i'd tried but again it got cancelled. But both timed amount got debited from my account and tickets also not booked. Then i've got a message that refund will be initiated by 24th december to your account, and while inquiring to ixigo they said they refunded my amount. But when i inquire into my bank they said there is no amount credited to my account. Ixigo do not have any customer care no. Also. Please help me in getting my refund of 3724 of each transaction i. E. 7400 back into my account.
