[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund on cancellation issue

I had booked my flight from mumbai to varanasi viz vistara on monday 11th november 2019 for two person and cancelled immediately but still not received any refund. I've tried to contact through calls several times but unable to get any positive response. Please check with the trip id if[protected] and let me know the status of the same.

I have been confirmed my ticket ND I didn't get my ticket till now. So I want to refund my money
