I cancelled train tickets on diiferent different day for 4 passangers with same PNR-PNR: [protected] Booking ID: IXITR[protected], 2 was cancelled on 19th and received the refund but 2 were cancelled on 27th and received the msg from IRCTC as well confirming tickets are cancelled, since then I am struggling to get my refund as I had to book tickets and because of this I couldn't. I have been continuously following up on email but every time I am getting a reply that they have refunded on 19th, then what about the tickets cancelled on 27th? After continuous follow ups and warning I received a call from personal number of a representative assuring I will get my refund within 7-10 and same confirmation I received on email from IXIGO, I am following on the same since days but every time they are replying that amount has been refunded on 19th. Its really frustrating! I don't want to tweet but now I feel I am bound to Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I made 4 to 5 transactions in ur app for train tickets .I cancelled and my money debited but not refunded yet do request you to please send me the debited money
Last 2 to 3 months I faced this problem and I called IRCTC customer care they said I refunded ur money so ask ixigo so pls resolve this long matter

Sam-puri int train (18304) in that booking money withdrew but not get a ticket on 15th Jun so An amount of 76/_twice withdrew but still not got refunded of that
Ixigo app which I pay twice the money
A msg come and wait for 5 days but today 21st jun but still not refunded my money
