Case:
I booked one ticket from ixigo on 3rd feb, and called ixigo support to cancel my ticket on 4th feb morning. They said they cancelled my ticket and as requested i ll get full refund as i am cancelling my ticket within 24 hours of time.
After few days i called them again about my refund they said they have processed and i ll get soon.
And today when i called them for refund again, they said they have refunded the amount to some company and you need to ask the company.
When i asked the company name and number they said its confidential. If confidential to give any information then they have to tell me when i am going to get my amount. They are denying to give any information about anything.
I feel like cheated. I just want my refund back. If ixigo is not able to sync with the comapanies involved for transaction then there is no point of getting a ticket from their portal.
Why would someone come to you and get cheated.
Its ixigo's problem. Whey would i suffer.
I need refund of this flight.
I need refund of all mental agony i am facing via you guys.
Just refund my amount.
