I have booked a round trip from Hyderabad to Dehradun and return via the ixigo app and did a upi transaction...the amount has been deducted but I have not got any notification regarding the tickets. I would request you to please look into the issue and book my tickets as soon as possible...

Hello team ixigo I'm Sai Bhuvan. I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose phone pe wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in phine pe wallet statement its showing "transaction with payuglobal successful". Debited amount - Rs.428.16, date and time :19 july 2022, 11:28pm and ixigi Ref no.[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 428.16 asap.
