My travel plan had to be cancelled due to Ixigo and Paulo team.

Very very poor service. Customer care person puts call on hold and forget for 45 mins. Once called back, he had left for the day !!!

I was trying to book a train ticket on 17th January 2019 through ixigo app but ticket not booked and amount(Rs.1, 063.55) is debited from my account.
Still amount not refunded in my account, Kindly see the transaction id details in the attachment, Please do the needful
