[Resolved]  Ixigo — refunding of amount

Hi,
I did not receive my refund amount for my two cancel tickets. Tickets number are :

1. Ixitr[protected]
2. Ixitr[protected]
In app it is showing that refund us initated on the same day as it is cancelled i. E 11 aug, 2019.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible beacuse you are assuring us to provide refund amount in 5 working days and now it has been more than that working days. Please provide my refund amount.

I booked ticket and paid from my MobiKwik wallet and payment completed but I couldn't get my ticket and it is showing booking pending and there is no way i can proceed on the booking.
This is wrong as i have to go urgent please look into it
