[Resolved]  Ixigo — refunding of money

User id: abhidubey ixitr[protected] is my id no for train booking from lko to bsb.. This process was done on ixigo train booking app india, i want my refund money immediately cause
I have not received my refund money for failed booking of trains on 30th march, 2019, in status it is showing that refund money is processed but it has not credited to my bank account yet within promised 5days
