Day before yesterday i have booked train from kurukshetra to una janshatbadi.. But after processing money was deducted and it was showed that.. Duplicate error.. Then i booked again then it was booked and i was trying to get your contact but i didn't find.. Now i find it so solve my problem

I booked Flight ticket of 2 persons my account has been debited. I did not get the ticket and also I lossed my money so do the need ful as soon as possible. What service are u providing its so poor and customers have to react like this.i have no money in my hand to book the next flight what I do so pls re credit the amount as soon as possible
