My pnr no is [protected]. It had already been provided by the irctc but not yet provided by ixigo. Refund my money back as soon as possible as message was sent from ixigo team on 4 june 2019 about to refund my money back in 72 hrs but yet i had not got. Verified Support Jun 12, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Devagya, Thank you for contacting ixigo! We understand your concern. The refund was processed on 07 June. It will show in your account on or before 17 June as soon as your bank settles/reconciles the transaction within 5-7 working days which does not include bank holidays and week ends.
