[Resolved] Ixigo — request a refund (i didn't get my money refunded)

I have booked my train ticket's with pnr [protected] (Booking id: ixitr[protected] and [protected] (Booking id: ixitr[protected]. The train got cancelled due to flood. And my refund not yet received for the same. I got mail from irctc stating that my refund will be given by agent through whom i booked (Ixigo). I have waited many days for your refund but no refund. Also ixigo didnt send any messages regarding refund. Please find the attached screenshot. Kindly revert immediately...

Train from allahabad, (15-8-19, 23:00) to agra(16-8-19, 6:15)
Each ticket cost= 770 Rs (B coach)
4 tickets ( 4*770= 3080)
Agent service charge= 40
Gateway charge = 95.87

Total 3216

BUT MONEY WITHDRAWAL IS. 4657 Rs
