I have tried to book a ticket using ixigo app in my phone. I have been using this application for a very long time. For the first time i am facing this situation that money got deducted and i have not received my ticket.. Please ensure to rectify this problem as soon as possible.. Money was debited from the account and the ticket was not confirmed. Please please give me a refund as soon as possible and it has not happened once or twice. It has happened two times in my day.
