I have booked ticket from thalassery to ernakulam on 14th may which cost rs.960 which was in yhe waiting list .. when the final chart prepared my ticket got cancelled.. and i recieved messgae from ixigo app that they will refund my money by 4, 5 working days.. now it is 10th working day and i didint get my refund back to my account..i have contacted their customer care team everyday till now..they didnt take any further actions to solve my complaint.. please check and take necessary action..

The refund is still in progress. We regret that it is taking more time than we anticipated as the refund is getting reversed from the Payment Gateway. So a manual refund has been initiated. When I previously booked a ticket...I didn't get any confirmation..but 440 rs was deduced from my account..so I request u to plz refund my money back to my account.
