Dear team,
I had booked a ticket udaipur to morena on 31st july 2019 ticket was not booked but amount 780rs. Has been deducted in my amount i have many calls to your toll free no. But still not respond kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
If you not respond my complaint i am go to labour court so please resolved my issue.

Dear IXIGO,

I booked my train ticket on 30 July 2019 from Kathgodam to New Delhi, Train number: 12039 (Kgm NDLS Shatabdi) amounting 1980.00 & I paid through HDFC debit card but did not get my refund even after 7 days.

Look into the matter & contact asap.

While booking tickets from agra to delhi my money was debited but as soon as money was debited it was redirected to IXIGO homepage i was not asked to input IRCTC password please refund my money since this is the first time i am experiencing this kind of service. Payment was made through UPI for Rs 1266
