[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket cancellation refund money

My train ticket booking are failed but refund is not back so please solve my problem. Photos added for details.

and payment Id-3ENTA7A95A4AXJ93M4

AND

2nd ticket order Id- IXITR[protected]
And payment Id- 3DCPS156JLP66J60WP

This is my two failed ticket details so please my money back in my bank account.. thank you

I have cancil my train tickets pnr is [protected] and [protected] after 9day my refund will not refund i have already talk to irctc they already refund my money for ixgio but from your side i have not recived my payment tell
me why ????
And i ant to known what the status of my refund balance

Train tickets got cancelled but money not recieved back it's about 4 days money not received.
