[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket pending refund

I booked ticket from thivim to thane in konkan kanya exp for 22 july 2019 the amount for the ticket was 1031₹ amount has been deducted from my account as soon i booked the ticket but now it's been few hours and it's still showing booking pending since there's no sign of conformation i have checked it many times.
Please refund my amount as i no longer want this ticket for now.
