Ixitr[protected] is my id no for train booking from sdah to ncb and payment id is 2apd1p2uf7mxx6ns4p... This process was done on ixigo train booking app india, i want my refund money immediately cause I have not received my refund money for failed booking of trains on 26th march, 2019, in status it is showing that refund money is processed but it has not credited to my bank account yet within promised 5days (1st april) +2 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Apr 04, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Tulsi, Greetings from ixigo! Please be informed we have already refunded the said amount against trip id IXITR[protected] to your source account and same should reflect as the refund from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.
