[Resolved] Ixigo — train booking error with upi payment

I booked a train ticket from Bhatapara (BYT) to Rourkela (ROU) in South Bihar Express on 31st March 2019 at 10:44 AM yesterday, amount been deducted and neither get ticket confirmation nor a transaction history in your app.
I have all the screenshot and upi reference id as well. But there is no revert from ixigo side. I just want my amount back.First time i booked from ixigo trains and its a really bad experience.
