[Resolved] Ixigo — train / confirmation of booking tickets regards

I'm manimaran yadav. I tried to book a ticket today 29th march from nizamuddin to kankavali of 31st of march of travel. The train number is 12618. During booking payment for ticket be completed via upi transaction, but during typing password and captcha page it's get too late.. So page gets closed and booking for my ticket is pending. My payment id is 2bv3jlwtnfftgaob8i and my order id is ixitr[protected]. Can u please check it and make my booking confirm or make the process of refund as soon as possible. Sir,
my ticket is in wating so it got cancelled but I haven't received my refund money. I recived a call from company that my money will be refunded in 5 bank days but it is almost 5 days but still I haven't recived money. My ticket date was on 23 March 2019.PNR NO. - [protected] please help.
