I wished to book a sleeper ticket in kanyakumari express (Mumbai CSMT -Thiruvananthapuram Central)on[protected]:47PM
they failed to book the ticket, but they took money from my account, they didn't refund the money within 5 days
IXITR[protected] is the order ID
then i tried instant refunding methods its also not working,
then i tried to contact them, there is no effective customer care provided by them

My two order ID for train booking is IXITR[protected] on date 30th march 2019. Transaction of amount was deducted from my bank account but booking was failed and still the amount of booking is not refund in my account. I wish that my problem is resolved as soon as possible. Thank you
