CZ338JN9V3MLNNAWRW could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
 
Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.
 
Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo:
1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app
2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option
3. Enter your UPI ID
4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on continue
