[Resolved]  Ixigo — train ticket booking (money not refunded)

Dear sir
I have books train from anand bihar term to mai on date of 23/03/2020. But due to corona outbreak all train was cancelled that day. But till date i am unable to get my refund. It is concern for your team that they are not help me any way and not giving any reply.

Amid Corona-virus concerns, all trains till 14th April 2020 have been cancelled by Indian Railways.

Don't worry! Refund for all existing bookings will be auto-initiated by IRCTC, 3 days after the nationwide lockdown ends.

Please Note - Payment gateway charges & Agent fee stays non-refundable.
