Sir i have cancelled my train ticket through ixigo app from howrah to mumbai pnr no. [protected] order id of cancelled ticket is ixitr[protected]. Refund initiated on 19 apr 19 for rs 3620/- but my refund amount for rs 3620/- not refunded till date. You are requested to take action against my complaint as soon as please and return my money at my account.
