[Resolved] Ixigo — train ticket payment debited but booking failed

Was booking a train ticket on “Ixigo Trains” app. Amount of Rs. 2389.16 debited from amazon pay account but booking didn’t go through. There is no customer care number to call and get clarity on refund. Sent an email to [protected]@ixigo but no response. Kindly assist.

I booked a ticket for 6 people in train no.18615 for the date 19 march 2019 from howrah to ranchi on 27 january 2019..money was deducted from my account but tickets were not booked.i want refund asap pls
